1. Service provider
SocialBid is operated by Sergio Fernández Villafáñez, NIF 71204011J, with address at Calle San Blas 15, Valladolid, Spain. Contact: sergiofervillaf@gmail.com.
2. Free profile ranking
Publishing an eligible social profile and participating in the SocialBid ranking is free. No payment, subscription or card is required. Profiles are ranked only by clicks recorded through their SocialBid button. Paying for advertising does not add clicks, reserve a rank or improve a profile's position.
3. Clicks and ranking
Manual clicks are unlimited and every press of a profile's SocialBid button adds one point. Automated scripts, autoclickers, bots and purchased artificial traffic are prohibited. Profiles are ordered by click count, with earlier publication used to resolve equal scores. Counts and positions may change after technical corrections, moderation or new clicks. SocialBid does not guarantee a particular position, number of visits, followers or external-platform result.
4. Profiles and prohibited content
Users must be authorised to submit the profile they publish. Illegal, deceptive, impersonating, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, malware-related or otherwise unlawful profiles are prohibited. Chat and invitation links are not supported. SocialBid may remove entries that breach these rules or applicable law.
5. Permanent advertising slots
Six text-advertising slots are offered separately from the free ranking for a one-time price of €100 each. “Permanent” means that an accepted advertisement remains in its selected slot while SocialBid continues operating that advertising surface and the advertisement complies with these terms; it does not promise that the service will exist indefinitely. The first successfully confirmed payment for an available slot claims it. Advertisements are clearly identified and never influence ranking results.
6. Advertising payments, withdrawal and refunds
Advertising payments are processed by Stripe. By completing checkout, the advertiser authorises the displayed one-time charge, accepts these terms and the privacy policy, and requests publication after payment confirmation. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, it may be exercised within 14 days by emailing the contact address. If publication has already begun at the consumer's express request, any refund may be reduced proportionally to the service supplied; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Duplicate or unauthorised charges and a verified failure to activate an eligible advertisement will be reviewed.
7. Advertising standards and removal
Advertisements must use a secure public destination and be suitable for a general audience. Unlawful goods, fraud, malware, impersonation, hate, sexual exploitation and unlicensed restricted activities are not permitted. SocialBid may request corrections, suspend or remove a non-compliant advertisement. A purchaser remains responsible for the legality and accuracy of their advertisement and destination.
8. Third-party platforms and availability
SocialBid is not affiliated with X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or YouTube and is not responsible for their content or availability. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
